(GC Section 53232.3(d). <br /> <br />Councilmember González and Mayor Navarro attended the San Bernardino County 2019 State of the County <br />held at the Citizens Business Bank Arena on February 12, 2019. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />• Appointment/At-Large - Parks & Recreation Commission - Rita F. Carter <br />Mayor Navarro presented the name of Rita F. Carter as an At-Large Appointment on the Parks & Recreation <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Appointment made with full consensus and support of Councilmembers present; no objection; so ratified. <br /> <br />• Appointment/3rd District - Utilities Commission - Jose Olivar <br />Mayor Navarro presented the name of Jose Olivar as a District 3 appointment on the Utilities Commission. <br /> <br />Appointment made with full consensus and support of Councilmembers present; no objection; so ratified. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />• Discussion - Relocation of Miller Honey Caboose <br /> <br />Staff Presentation <br />CM González presented for Council discussion the relocation of the Miller Honey Caboose; with consensus of <br />the Council, that the Miller Honey Caboose, now located at the corner of Colton Avenue and E Street, be <br />moved to the north lawn area of the Colton Area Museum. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following community members addressed the Council: Mike Murphy; and Larry Rivas. <br /> <br />Council Discussion <br />Discussion and discernment continued with Councilmembers present with clarification provided by CM <br />González; also mentioned as an alternative site, the intersection of M Street and Mt.
