None disclosed. <br /> <br />*************************************************************************** <br /> <br />BUSINESS ITEMS <br /> <br />(1) Employment Agreement - Consider approval of the Second Amendment to City of Colton City Manager <br />Employment Agreement with William (“Bill”) Smith providing him with an increase in base salary and <br />creating a cost-sharing arrangement whereby he contributes a portion of his compensation toward the <br />City’s CalPERS employer contribution. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation <br />City Attorney Campos presented for Council consideration approval of the Second Amendment to City of <br />Colton City Manager Employment Agreement with William Smith. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following community members addressed the Council: Annette Lira; Juan Delgado; Carlos Gonzales; <br />Nicole Mihld; Kim Sinclair; Kandyce Delgado; and Lily Espinoza. <br /> <br />Council Discussion <br />Discussion by Councilmembers present with clarification provided by staff: City Attorney Campos. <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM Cisneros/Suchil to continue this item until the next council meeting of March 19, <br />2019 for discussion and action. <br />Vote: Unanimous <br />
