None disclosed. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />• Appointment - Code Compliance and Housing Appeals Board - Jerome Bourdon to District 3 <br />CM Koperski presented the name of Jerome Bourdon for District 3 on the Code Compliance & Housing <br />Appeals Board. <br />Appointment made with full consensus and support of Councilmembers present; no objection; so ratified. <br /> <br />*************************************************************************** <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />(1) Public Hearing - Amending Chapter 13.08 of the Colton Municipal Code, Regulating the Discharge Of <br />Wastes Into The Sewerage System. <br /> <br /> TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER A PUBLIC HEARING TO INTRODUCE AN <br />ORDINANCE NO 0-03-19 OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER <br />13.08 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE REGULATING THE DISCHARE OF WASTES INTO <br />THE SEWERAGE SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF COLTON AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
