(GC Section 53232.3(d). <br /> <br />MPT Cisneros and Mayor Navarro attended the 2019 City-Council Conference on April 18th & April 19th, <br />2019; held at the Lake Arrowhead Resort; sponsored by the County of San Bernardino. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />• Appointment – Code Compliance and Housing Appeals Board – Adam Raymond to District 5 <br />CM Woods presented for appointment to the Code Compliance and Housing Appeals Board for District 5, <br />Adam Raymond. <br />Appointment made with full consensus and support of Councilmembers present; no objection; so ratified. <br /> <br />• Appointment – Code Compliance and Housing Appeals Board – Henry R. Razo to District 4 <br />CM González presented for appointment to the Code Compliance and Housing Appeals Board for District 4, <br />Henry Razo. <br />Appointment made with full consensus and support of Councilmembers present; no objection; so ratified. <br /> <br />*************************************************************************** <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />(1) Fee Update - Community Services <br /> <br />TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER A PUBLIC HEARING TO APPROVE AND ADOPT A <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON UPDATING THE MASTER <br />FEE SCHEDULE FOR SERVICES PERFORMED BY THE COMMUNITY SERVICES <br />DEPARTMENT, RESOLUTION NO R-26-19. <br /> <br />Mayor Navarro declared the Public Hearing Open. <br /> <br />City Clerk Padilla submitted the Affidavit of Publication calling the Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk’s Office) <br />and there were no reports of protests or objections thereto. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation <br />Director Farrar presented for Council consideration an overview of the agenda item and requested approval of <br />staff’s recommendation. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />None <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM Suchil/CM González to close the public hearing. <br />Vote: Unanimous <br />
