2019 MAY 07 CC/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 5 - POWERS AGREEMENT TO BE AN ADDITIONAL MEMBER CITY OF THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC FINANCE AUTHORITY, APPROVE AND ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. R-28-19. Mayor Navarro declared the Public Hearing Open. City Clerk Padilla submitted the Affidavit of Publication calling the Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk’s Office) and there were no reports of protests or objections thereto. Staff Presentation Christy Elshof, Project Manager II, presented for Council consideration an overview of the agenda item and requested approval of staff’s recommendation.
