MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS Comments from Mayor and Council on various issues and activities throughout the community. CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS City Manager Smith informed Council of the upcoming budget workshop on May 8, 2019 and May 16, 2019; the upcoming ICSC Conference to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 19 – May 22, 2019; attending will be CM Toro/CM Woods/CM Suchil/Mayor Navarro; therefore, the next regular council meeting of May 23, 2019 will be cancelled; the next regular council meeting will be on June 4, 2019.
