None disclosed. *************************************************************************** PUBLIC HEARINGS (1) Public Hearing - Ashley Warehouse Project Zone Change TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER A PUBLIC HEARING TO INTRODUCE BY TITLE ONLY AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO AMEND SECTION 18.06.020 (OFFICIAL ZONING MAP) CHANGING PARCELS 0276-144-48, 49, 52 & 53 FROM C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) TO M-1 (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) OF TITLE 18 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE (FILE INDEX NO. DAP-001-536). APPROVE AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN LAND USE ELEMENT, ORDINANCE NO. O- 09-19 & RESOLUTION NO. R-47-19. Mayor Navarro declared the Public Hearing Open. City Clerk Padilla submitted the Affidavit of Publication calling the Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk’s Office) and there were no reports of protests or objections thereto. Staff Presentation Director Tomich presented for Council consideration an overview of the agenda item and requested approval of staff’s recommendation. Public Comment None Motion and Second by CM Suchil/CM González to close the public hearing. Vote: Unanimous Motion and Second by CM Woods/CM Toro to waive further reading, read by title only and introduce Ordinance No. O-09-19.
