(GC Section 53232.3(d). <br /> <br />CM González and Mayor Navarro attended the Mayors & Council Members Executive Forum; on June 19 – 20, <br />2019 in the City of Newport; sponsored by the League of California Cities. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />• Appointment – Code Compliance and Housing Appeals Board – Pamela Lemos to District 6 <br />CM Suchil presented the name of Pamela Lemos for District 6 on the Code Compliance and Housing Appeals <br />Board. <br />Appointment made with full consensus and support of Councilmembers present; no objection; so ratified. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />• Discussion - Discussion for Possible Direction to Staff Regarding a Development Moratorium in Reche <br />Canyon <br /> <br />Asst. City Attorney Martinez presented this item for discussion by Council and possible direction to staff. <br /> <br />Discernment and discussion by Councilmembers present; clarification presented by staff: Asst.
