2019 SEPTEMBER 03 CC/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 3 - *************************************************************************** PUBLIC HEARINGS (1) Revocation Appeal - Stormtroopers Transportation TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER A PUBLIC HEARING TO APPROVE AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DENYING AN APPEAL AND UPHOLDING THE DENIAL BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON REVOCATION (file index no. dap-001-518) OF APPLICATIONS (file index no. dap-001-370) FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP), RESOLUTION NO. R-80-19. Mayor Navarro declared the Public Hearing Open. City Clerk Padilla submitted the Affidavit of Publication calling the Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk’s Office) and there were no reports of protests or objections thereto. Staff Presentation Mark Tomich, Director, Development Services presented for Council consideration an overview of the agenda item and requested approval of staff’s recommendation. Public Comment None Motion and Second by CM Suchil/CM González to close the public hearing. Vote: Unanimous Council Discussion Discernment and discussion between Councilmembers; with clarification provide by staff: Director Tomich and City Attorney Campos.
