(GC Section 53232.3(d). <br /> <br />CM González announced attendance at a League of California Cities Workshop on September 19, 2019; City of <br />Ontario, CA. <br /> <br />*************************************************************************** <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />(1) Public Benefit Agreement - South 215 Gateway Sign <br /> <br />TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER THE CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING FROM JULY <br />16, 2019 & AUGUST 20, 2019, TO APPROVE AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION FOR A PUBLIC <br />BENEFIT AGREEMENT - SOUTH 215 GATEWAY SIGN, RESOLUTION NO. R-67-19. <br /> <br />Mayor Navarro declared the Public Hearing Open. <br /> <br />City Clerk Padilla submitted the Notice of Continuance calling the Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk’s Office) <br />and there were no reports of protests or objections thereto. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation <br />Steven Weiss, Planning Manager, Development Services, presented for Council consideration an overview of <br />the agenda item and requested approval of staff’s recommendation. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />None <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM Suchil/CM Woods to close the public hearing. <br />Vote: Unanimous
