2019 DECEMBER 17 CC/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 3 - <br />Public Comment <br />The following community members addressed the Council: Shelley Burnach; Jason Ramos; and John Kelly. <br /> <br />Discussion and discernment by Councilmembers present and with full consensus with direction to staff to return <br />the item as an agenda item for action that would include: (a) no sales in District 5 and District 6 (approximately <br />3 booths); (b) reduction of the three booths will be allowed to be relocated vs. incorporating the number by <br />reduction of booths by attrition; (c) selection should be a lottery system; (d) sites should be rotated to different <br />locations; (e) decrease firework booths by a set number over a set time period due to attrition; (d) and changes <br />to be incorporated immediately. <br /> <br />*************************************************************************** <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />(1) Fee Update - Development Impact Fees <br /> <br />TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER A PUBLIC HEARING A RESOLUTION OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING AND ADOPTING <br />DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES, RESOLUTION NO. R-116-19. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Cisneros opened the declared the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />City Clerk Padilla submitted the Notice of Publication of the Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk’s Office) and <br />there were no reports of protests or objections thereto. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation <br />Director Mark Tomich, Development Services, announced the Public Hearing to be continued to the Regular <br />Council Meeting of January 21, 2020; no objections by Council. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />None <br /> <br />*************************************************************************** <br />PUBLIC COMMENT (General) <br />None <br /> <br />*************************************************************************** <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Mayor Pro Tem Cisneros presented the Consent Calendar Items 2 through 14. <br /> <br />Councilmembers present selected items for discussion and clarification by staff: CM Suchil, Item 12; City <br />Manager Smith announce Item 4 to be pulled and continued. <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM Suchil/CM Woods to approve consent calendar Items 2 through 14. <br />Vote: Motion carried with Item 4 (pulled with no action taken); Mayor Navarro absent. <br /> <br />(2) Minutes - Approval of Minutes for the City Council Regular Meeting Held on December 3, 2019, on file <br />in the Office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />(3) Warrants - Approve voucher numbers 182381 to 182502 dated 11/21/2019 and totaling $1,119,723.60; <br />vouchers numbers 182503 to 182594 dated 11/26/2019 and totaling $67,931.76 and voucher numbers <br />182595 to 182726 dated 11/27/2019 and totaling $1,513,817.54.
