RESOLUTION R-37-15. <br />Deb Farrar, Acting Community Services Director, presented for Council consideration an overview of the <br />Agenda Report and requested approval of Staff's Recommendation. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following community member addressed the Council: Gary Grossich. <br />Discussion by Council and with full consensus directed City Manager Smith to look at a method that would be <br />equitable/possible flat fee; evaluate fees from a budget stand point (cost for maintenance and upkeep); define <br />the $1.00 charge as to what services are covered by the $1.00 fee; provide information related to services <br />provided as part of the budget presentation/discussion for the upcoming Fiscal Year. <br />Motion and Second by CM Bennett/CM Suchil to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-37-15. <br />Vote: All answered `Aye'. Unanimous. <br />(15) Refinancing of Former Redevelopment Agency Obligations —Approve and Adopt Resolution No. SAR- <br />07-15 Authorizing Staff to Proceed with the Refinancing of the Redevelopment Agency Outstanding <br />Debt. RESOLUTION NO.
