Padilla, City Clerk <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Presentation — National Parks & Recreation Month <br />Mayor DeLaRosa presented a Certificate of Recognition declaring July 2015 National Parks and Recreation <br />Month'. Certificate accepted by Deb Farrar, Community Services Director (Acting). <br />• Presentation — American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Outstanding Structural Engineering Project. <br />Lisa Reece, Vice -President, HDR Engineering Inc., began with a video presentation entitled 'Colton Crossing <br />Relieving the Nations Oldest Bottleneck'; The video outlined all the parties involved in the success of the <br />Colton Crossing (Upper Colton Flyover Project Rail to Rail Grade separation) which was completed under budget and <br />above schedule. <br />Ms. Reece and Mr. Ray Wolf, Executive Director of SANBAG, presented two awards and accepted by Mayor <br />DeLaRosa and Mayor Pro Tem Navarro: <br />• ASCE Award — The Outstanding Structural Engineering Project of the Year in the entire State of California <br />to the City of Colton. <br />• CTP (California Transportation Foundation) Award —The Rail Project of the Year for Colton Crossing to the City <br />of Colton. <br />2015 JULY 7 REG CGSARDA/CUA/CHA/CHA MEETING - 2- <br />
