Ordinance Title <br />reads: An Ordinance of the Citv Council of the City of Colton, California Adding Chapter 15.60 to Title <br />15 of the Colton Municipal Code Relating to Expedited Permitting Procedures for Small Residential <br />Solar Energy Systems. <br />Staff Presentation: <br />Mark Berg, Building Official, presented for Council discussion an overview of the agenda report and requested <br />approval of staff s recommendation. <br />Public Comment <br />None. <br />Council Discussion: <br />Building Official Berg and Director Kolk clarified questions presented by CIA Bennett and MPT Navarro. <br />Motion and Second by CM Gonzalez/Bennett to Waive Full Reading, and Adopt First Reading of Ordinance <br />No. 0-09-15. <br />Vote: All answered `Aye'.
