CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL Councilmembers present were, Toro (arrived at 5:02 p.m), Jorrin (arrived at 5:02 p.m), Gonzdlez, Bennett, Suchil (arrived at 5:01), MPT Navarro, and Mayor DeLaRosa. STAFFPRESENT City Manager Smith, City Attorney Campos, and City Clerk Padilla. PUBLIC COMMENT None.
