City Attorney Martinez announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to Discuss Items A <br />through C. <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT <br />City Attorney <br />Mayor Pro Tem Navarro adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:05 p.m. and at 6:08 p.m., the meeting <br />reconvened, with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Campos announced that the City Council met in Closed Session and discussed Items A through <br />C.
