CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />FOR THE CITY OF COLTON/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND <br />COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />December 15, 2015 <br />Regular Special Meeting held on the above -given date at 6:04 p.m. in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall, with Mayor Richard DeLaRosa presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Toro, Jorrin, Gonzalez, Bennett, Suchil, MPT Navarro, and <br />Mayor DeLaRosa. <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Smith, City Attorney Campos, and City Clerk Padilla. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />ACTION ITEM <br />(1) Approve and Adopt Resolution No. R-129-15 of the City Council of the City of Colton <br />confirming the City Manager/Director of Emergency Services' Proclamation of the <br />Existence of a Local Emergency, RESOLUTION NO. R-129-15. <br />Staff Presentation <br />City Manager Smith informed Council as he is Director of Emergency Services and City <br />Manager action was taken on behalf of the City as follows: proclaimed the existence of a local <br />emergency within the City of Colton on the 11°i day of December 2015 as a result of a terrorist <br />attack commencing on or about 11:04 a.m. on the December 2, 2015 at the Inland Regional <br />Center located at 1365 S. Waterman Avenue, San Bernardino, California; and requested Council <br />to take action to ratify the proclamation by approving and adopting Resolution No. R-129-15. <br />Motion and Second by MPT Navarro/CM Gonzalez to approve and adopt Resolution No.R-129- <br />15. <br />Vote: All answered `Aye'. Unanimous Vote. <br />Adjournment <br />At 6:05 p.m. Mayor DeLaRosa adjourned the Special Meeting. <br />Carolina R.
