There was discussion <br />regarding a letter of support for the expansion of the conservancy using vacant land in Colton. <br />• Proclamation - Union Pacific Railroad — Lupe C. Valdez, Public Affairs Director and <br />Union Pacific Representatives <br />Council Member Susan Oliva and Mayor Sarah S.
