Other Fund Review: <br />• Capital Projects, Storm Water, Debt Service, Fiduciary Funds (Assessment Dist., LLMDs), <br />Cemetery Funds, Successor Agency and Colton Housing Authority <br />The remaining portion of the Mid -Year Fiscal Year 2013-2014 Budget Review presentation was <br />provided by City Manager Compton and is made part of these minutes to include the staff report <br />and PowerPoint, both of which are on file in the Office of the City Clerk and are considered part <br />of the official minutes. <br />City Manager Compton continued to explain the information in the staff report and PowerPoint <br />and answered questions from the Council. Mr. Compton informed the Council that the Mid -Year <br />Fiscal Year 2013-2014 Budget will be placed on the April 1, 2014 Council agenda for approval. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion and second by Council Member Navarro/Oliva, to adjourn the Special Council Meeting <br />at 7:27 p.m. Motion carried with Council Member Bennett being absent. <br />Z� / L <br />Eileen C.
