Mayor Sarah S. Zamora adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:02 p.m. and at 6:00 p.m., <br />the meeting reconvened, with Mayor Sarah S. Zamora presiding. Roll Call was announced by City <br />Clerk Eileen C.
