City Attorney Cristina Talley led the flag salute again in open session at the request of Mayor <br />Zamora. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Presentation — Business Focus — Pepe's Towing <br />It was a consensus of the Council to continue the presentation to the next Council meeting. <br />• Recognition — Pepe's Towing 2013 Top Driver and 2013 Driver of Excellence <br />It was a consensus of the Council to continue the presentation to the next Council meeting. <br />• Proclamation — Building and Safety Month of May 2014 <br />Council Member Navarro presented the proclamation for Building and Safety Month to Building <br />Official Mark Berg. Mark Berg accepted and presented a short video called, "Silent Heroes" Building <br />Safety: Maximizing Resilience, Minimizing Risks. <br />• Recognition — CJUSD School Driver Trudy Lewis <br />Mayor Zamora presented a certificate of recognition to Ms. Trudy Lewis for dedication and professional <br />commitment to the community, to the children she transports, and for qualifying for the California <br />School Bus Driver State Championship. Ms. Lewis accepted the certificate and thanked the City <br />Council. <br />• Recognition — City Clerk Eileen C.
