PUBLIC EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE/DISMISSAL RELEASE <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b) <br />Title: City Manager <br />City Attorney Cristina Talley read out of Closed Session at 8:08 p.m., with no reportable action. <br />BUSINESS ITEMS <br />(1) Approve and adopt a Resolution to terminate the City Manager, RESOLUTION NO. R- <br />82-14. <br />Motion and Second by MPT Suchil/CM Toro to approve Resolution No. R-84-14, terminating <br />the employment of Stephen P. Compton, City Manager.
