CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF <br />COLTON/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND <br />COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />September 2, 2014 <br />Open Session of the Regular Meeting was called to order on the above -given date at 6:07 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Sarah S.
