Suchil, Mayor Pro Tem <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />BUSINESS ITEMS <br />(1) Real Property Acquisition — APN 0163-086-05 — Approve the escrow agreement and <br />proceed with the purchase of APN No. 0163-086-05 in the amount of $40,000; Approve <br />and Adopt a Resolution amending the Sewer Enterprise budget to authorize the increase <br />in appropriations to include the FY 2014-15, RESOLUTION NO. R-109-14. <br />Motion and Second by CM Bennett/CM Navarro to Approve and Adopt RESOLUTION NO. <br />R-109-14. No Opposition to the Motion.
