The Oath of Office was administered by City Clerk <br />Padilla to Councilmember-Elect David J. Toro and Councilmember-Elect Luis S. Gonzalez. <br />Former Mayor Sarah Zamora administered the Ceremonial Oath of Office to Councilmember-Elect Summer <br />Jorrin; <br />Warden Cynthia Y.
