MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />MARCH 5, 2013. <br />Mayor Sarah S. Zamora asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a <br />conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None. <br />AB 1234 ORAL REPORTS <br />City Attorney Marco Martinez announced that he is currently working with the City Clerk and <br />Council Office staff to schedule AB 1234 training for Council Members. <br />APPOINTMENTS <br />None. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following community members addressed the Council: <br />Chris Mardis, representing Supervisor Josie Gonzales, introduced Omar Castro, new Field <br />Representative for Supervisor Josie Gonzales; Linda Tripp, Karen Woodruff, Gary Grossich, and <br />Randy Friend. <br />At 7:05 p.m., Mayor Zamora adjourned the meeting for a reception in honor of City Manager <br />Rod Foster. <br />The meeting reconvened at 7:26 p.m., and was called to order by Mayor Zamora with all <br />members present as heretofore. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br />Council Members made comments on various issues and activities throughout the community. <br />CITY TREASURER'S REPORTS <br />None. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />City Manager Foster presented Consent Calendar Item Nos.
