The following action was taken on the Consent Calendar: <br />CM Gonzales and CM Bennett had questions on Item No. 4. <br />CM Navarro had questions on Item No. 6. <br />CM Gonzales had questions on Item No. 7. <br />Motion and second by CM Suchil/Bennett, to approve Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1 through 7, <br />as presented. Motion carried with the abstention by CM Oliva, as she recused herself from the <br />vote on Item No. 7 due to her relationship with Union Pacific. <br />(1) Minutes — Approved Minutes for the City Council Regular Meeting Held April 2, 2013, <br />on File in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants — Approved Payable Warrants #134373 to #134518, Dated 3/7/13, Totaling <br />$1,191,693.05; Payable Warrants #134519 to #134638, Dated 3/14/13, Totaling <br />$4,294,102.41; and Payroll Disbursement listing for the period 3/16/13 to 3/29/13, <br />totaling $587,071.99, on File in the Finance Department. <br />(3) Award of Bid to Corona Clay Company - Approved the Award of Bid to Corona Clay <br />Company for Brick Dust in the Amount of $39,420 for the following fields: Chavez Park <br />(55 Tons), Davis Park (55 Tons), Ken Hubbs (20 Tons). <br />(4) Set Public Hearing for Solid Waste Rates — Approved and Adopted a Resolution to Set a <br />Public Hearing for the Fiscal Year 2012-13 Municipal Solid Waste Rates for June 18, <br />2013, RESOLUTION NO. R-21-13. <br />(5) Award of Bid for Carollo Engineering for Water & Wastewater Master Plans — Approved <br />a Professional Services Agreement with Carollo Engineering, as the most qualified <br />consultant for the design of the Water & Wastewater Master Plans in an amount not -to - <br />exceed $429,219, and authorized the Mayor to execute the agreement. <br />(6) Termination of Agreement with Cordoba Corporation and Award of Agreement to <br />Carollo Engineers - Terminated the Existing Professional Services Agreement with <br />Cordoba Corporation; and awarded a new Standard Professional Services Agreement to <br />Carollo Engineers, as the most qualified consultant for the design of the Wastewater <br />Centrifuge Project in an amount not -to -exceed $113,103. <br />(7) 9th Street Rail Relocation Project — FEMA Map Revision — Approved the application for <br />a Conditional Letter of Map Revision from the Federal Emergency Agency (DHS - <br />FEMA) on behalf of Union Pacific Railroad to revise FIRM 06O7lC8687H for the 9`h <br />Street Rail Relocation Project. <br />2013 APR 16 REG CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING -4- <br />
