The following action was taken on the Consent Calendar: CM Bennett had a comment on Item No. 3 after the vote, asking for a report on how the funds in the LLMD areas are distributed and the amount of staff time spent in those areas providing services. CM Oliva abstained from the vote on Item No. 5 due to her relationship with Union Pacific Railroad. CM Gonzales had a question on Item No. 4. Motion and second by CM Suchil/Bennett, to approve Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1 through 10, as presented. Motion carried with the abstention by CM Oliva, as she recused herself from the vote on Item No. 5 due to her relationship with Union Pacific. (1) Warrants — Approved Payable Warrants #135296 to #135436, Dated 4/25/13, Totaling $1,904,579.68; Payable Warrants 4135437 to #135573, Dated 5/02/13, Totaling $699,659.59; and Payroll Disbursement listing for the period 4/27/13 to 5/10/13, totaling $601,992.36. (2) Notice of Completion for Mount Vernon Avenue and Valley Boulevard Traffic Signal Modification Project — Approved the Execution and Recordation of a Notice of Completion for Mount Vernon Avenue and Valley Boulevard Traffic Signal Modification Project No. STPLH 5065(011); Approved Change Order No. 1 in the Amount of $6,500 to PTM General Engineering, Inc., for the Mount Vernon Avenue and Valley Boulevard Traffic Signal Modification. (3) Setting Public Hearing for LLMD District I - Approved and Adopted the Following Resolutions to Initiate Proceedings for the Annual Levy of Assessments for Landscape Lighting and Maintenance District 1 (LLMD) Fiscal Year 2013/14: Resolution Initiating Proceedings; Resolution Approving the Preliminary Engineer's Report; and, Resolution of Intention to Set the Public Hearing Date for June 18, 2013, RESOLUTION NOS. R- 30-13, R-31-13, and R-32-13. (4) Setting Public Hearing for LLMD District 2 - Approved and Adopted the Following Resolutions to Initiate Proceedings for the Annual Levy of Assessments for Landscape Lighting and Maintenance District 2 (LLMD) Fiscal Year 2013/14: Resolution Initiating Proceedings; Resolution Approving the Preliminary Engineer's Report; and, Resolution of Intention to Set the Public Hearing Date for June 18, 2013, RESOLUTION NOS. R- 33-13, R-34-13, and R-35-13. (5) Colton Quiet Zone - Approved the Revised Agreement for Construction and Maintenance of Safety Improvements Related to the Colton Quiet Zone Project between the City of Colton, San Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG), and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Rail Company; and Authorized the Mayor to Execute the Agreement with any Minor Non -substantive Changes as Recommended by the City Attorney; Approved Amendment No. 1 to the Cooperative Agreement for the Colton Quiet Zone Project 2013 JUN 4 REG CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING - 4 -
