Malich, Historic Preservation Commissioner <br />Council Member Frank Gonzales read the Certificate of Recognition to Mrs. Margaret M. Malich for <br />over 20 years of service on the Historic Preservation Commission and for her volunteerism in the <br />community. Council Member Gonzales asked City Clerk Gomez to deliver the certificate to Mrs. <br />Malich since she was unable to attend the Council meeting. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />DECEMBER 3, 2013. <br />Mayor Sarah S.
