UTILITIES COMMISSION ROLL CALL <br />Utilities Commissioners Present <br />Jose Olivar, Vice Chair <br />Kirk Larson <br />Apolinar Espudo <br />Fred Cordova <br />Kathy Davis, Chair <br />Donna Lewis <br />Utilities Commissioners Absent <br />Mike Razo (unable to attend due to a conflicting board meeting) <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following community members addressed the Council: <br />Cheri Zuccarelli, Gary Grossich, Robert B. Biersbach, Fred Cordova. <br />ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION <br />(4) Joint Goals & Objectives for the City Council and Utilities Commission, including <br />Possible Discussion and Direction for On-going and Future Utility Operations, Work <br />plans, Rates and Commission Interaction. On-going Projects may include Agua Mansa <br />Operations, System Expansion, Solid Waste Operations, Water/Wastewater Operations, <br />as well as Rate Related Discussions. <br />Utilities Director Kolk gave a PowerPoint presentation regarding the utility and regulatory <br />obligations. There was discussion by Council Members and Commissioners regarding goals and <br />plans for the next four years. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS <br />Council Members gave comments and addressed staff with questions regarding the budget <br />presentation. MPT Gonzales thanked all in attendance and stated that the Utilities Commission <br />would be working on the rate study with the new Utility Services Director, David Kolk. MPT <br />Gonzales also requested the Utilities Commission to provide a quarterly update to the Council <br />regarding their progress. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mayor Pro Tem Gonzales declared the Special and Special Joint Meeting adjourned at 7:34 p.m. <br />Eileen C.
