(24) Colton Housing Authority Disposition and Development Agreement with Eagle Colton <br />55 LLC - Senior Housing Project - Approved and Adopted Resolutions of the Colton <br />City Council and the Colton Housing Authority Commission, approving a Disposition <br />and Development Agreement with Eagle Colton 55, L.P., for the development of one <br />hundred and twenty (120) units of affordable senior rental housing on the property <br />located at the northwest corner of North 91h Street and East "F" Street (former Colton <br />Palms site), RESOLUTION NO. R-46-12 AND RESOLUTION NO. CHA-02-12. <br />Representatives from Eagle Colton 55 LLC presented a PowerPoint for the Council and public, <br />for the development of one hundred and twenty units of affordable senior rental housing. <br />Motion and second by CM Bennett/CM Toro, to approve staff recommendations.
