CITY TREASURER'S REPORTS <br />None. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />City Manager Foster presented Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1 through 3 for action by Council. <br />The following action was taken on the Consent Calendar: <br />Motion and second by CM Yzaguirre/MPT Gonzales, to approve Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1 <br />through 3, pulling Item No. 2 for discussion. Unanimous vote. <br />(1) Warrants — Approved Payable Warrants #128072 to 4128188, Dated 04/05/2012, <br />Totaling $559,185.15; Payable Warrants #128189 to #128351, Dated 04/11/2012, <br />Totaling $922,081.05; and Payroll Disbursement Listing for 03/31/2012 to 04/13/2012, <br />Totaling $567,646.19, on File in the Finance Department. <br />(2) G&G Environmental Change Order — Approved Additional Funds to Existing Contract in <br />an Amount of $81,800 for G&G Environmental Compliance Inc. to Cover Additional <br />Wastewater Regulatory Services and Stormwater Program Industrial User Inspections. <br />(3) California Public Employees' Retirement System - Waived Full Reading and Passed <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 0-07-12, an Ordinance of the City of Colton, <br />Authorizing an Amendment to the Contract between the City and the Board of <br />Administration of the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS). <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-07-12. <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />None. <br />BUSINESS ITEMS <br />(4) Second Reading of Ordinance No. 0-04-12/ La Paz Solar Tower LLC Purchase Power <br />Agreement - It is Recommended that the City Council Waive Full Reading and Pass <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 0-04-12, an Ordinance of the City of Colton <br />Approving the Purchase Power Agreement between Southern California Public Power <br />Authority (SCPPA) and La Paz Solar Tower, LLC. ORDINANCE NO. 0-04-12 <br />Motion and second by MPT Gonzales/CM Bennett, not to pass second reading of Ordinance No. <br />0-04-12, and not to approve the Purchase Power Agreement between Southern California Public <br />Power Authority (SCPPA) and La Paz Solar Tower, LLC.
