MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />DECEMBER 20, 2011. <br />Mayor Sarah S. Zamora asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a <br />conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None. <br />AB 1234 ORAL REPORTS <br />None. <br />APPOINTMENTS <br />None. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following community members addressed the Council: <br />Linda Tripp, Rick Shield, Christina Irish -Re, Kirk Larson and Cynthia De La Rosa. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br />Council Members made comments on various issues and activities throughout the community. <br />CITY TREASURER'S REPORTS <br />It was a consensus of the Council to receive and file the City Treasurer's reports for October <br />2011 as presented by City Treasurer De La Torre. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />City Manager Foster presented Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1 through 8 for action by Council. <br />The following action was taken on the Consent Calendar: <br />Motion and Second by Council Member Yzaguirre/MPT Bennett, to approve Consent Calendar <br />Item Nos. 1 through 8, as presented. So moved, with the recusal of MPT Bennett on Item No. 4 <br />due to her residence being within 500 feet of one of the project areas and the recusal of CM <br />Oliva on Item No. 7, due to her relationship with Union Pacific. <br />(1) Minutes — Approved Minutes for the City Council Regular Meeting Held December 06, <br />2011, on File in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants — Approved Payable Warrants #125905 to #126031, Dated 12/01/11, Totaling <br />$1,774,157.69; Payable Warrants #126032 to #126130, Dated 12/08/11, Totaling <br />$606,917.08; and Payroll Disbursement Listing for 11/26/11 to 12/09/11, Totaling <br />$692,778.58, on File mi the Finance Department. <br />2011 DECEMBER 20 REG CC/RDA/CUA/CPFA/CUA MEETING <br />-3- <br />
