R-96-11. <br />BUSINESS ITEMS <br />None. <br />CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />None. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS <br />Fire Chief Tom Hendrix gave a brief update on the City's winter preparation and discussed last <br />years' flooding efforts and problems with drainage.
