PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following citizens addressed the Council: Todd Hibel, Frances Vasquez, Gary Grossich, <br />Arlan White, Steve Wall, Paulina Schiaretti, and Mr. Anaya. <br />Motion and second by CM Oliva/CM Yzaguirre to close public comment. Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br />Council Members announced various activities throughout the community. <br />AB 1234 ORAL REPORTS <br />Mayor Zamora reported that on January 13, 2011, he attended the Inland Empire Division <br />League of California Cities dinner meeting in Rancho Cucamonga. Also in attendance were <br />Council Members Oliva, Perez and Mayor Pro Tempore Bennett. <br />CITY MANAGER COMMENTS <br />City Manager Foster gave brief comments on the vigilance of the State Budget as it affects the <br />RDA Enterprise Zone. <br />Mayor Zamora declared a moment of silence and requested that the meeting be closed in <br />memory of Mrs. Esther Louise Thornberry.
