Gonzales <br />INVOCATION <br />Deacon Bobby Amador, Immaculate Conception Church, led the invocation. <br />FLAG SALUTE <br />Richard Amador, American Legion Post 155 led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Proclamation Council Member Gonzales read and presented to Melinda Medina, <br />daughter of the late Ray Abril, Jr. a proclamation acknowledging the many <br />contributions to the City and the citizens of Colton. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />JANUARY 4, 2011. <br />Mayor Zamora asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of <br />interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030.
