ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION <br />Commissioners and Board Members gave comments and asked questions regarding the proposed <br />budget. The Mayor announced that if anyone had questions or needed further information, staff <br />would provide responses to the City Manager for follow up. The questions and answers are <br />included in Appendices A, B and C, attached for the record. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS <br />Council Members gave comments and addressed staff with questions regarding the budget <br />presentation. <br />City Manager Foster gave final comments regarding staff's recommendation to move forward <br />with presenting the draft proposed budget for Council approval at the next regular Council <br />meeting to be held on June 7, 2011. City Manager Foster also announced that the answers to the <br />questions discussed at this workshop by Council Members, Commissioners, Board Members, <br />and the public, would be incorporated into the staff report to present to Council at that time. He <br />also encouraged Commissioners and Board Members present at this workshop to attend the June <br />7, 2011 Council meeting. <br />Motion and second by CM Yzaguirre/CM Toro, to proceed with staff recommendation to present <br />the draft proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2011/2012 to Council for approval on June 7, 2011. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mayor Zamora declared the Special and Joint Budget Meeting/Workshop adjourned at 8:30 p.m. <br />Eileen C.
