Perez <br />Council Members/Staff Absent <br />None. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />Proclamation - A Proclamation for the National Day of Service and Remembrance was <br />read by Council Member Yzaguirre and presented to Chief Hendrix in honor of the 9/11 <br />victims. <br />• Proclamation - A Proclamation was presented to Leno Moreno of Leno's Rico Taco and <br />was read into the record by Mayor Sarah Zamora, honor Leno for his 2011 Man of the <br />Year Award.
