AGREEMENT FOR COOPERATION BETWEEN <br />THE SAN BERNARDINO-COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT, <br />THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE <br />CITY OF COLTON AND THE <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />1. PARTIES AND DATE. <br />1.1 This Agreement is entered into in the <br />City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of Cali- <br />fornia, this /6 4% day of March, 1983, between the SAN <br />BERNARDINO COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT, a public agency <br />("District"), and the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, a public body ("Agency") and the CITY OF COLTON, a <br />municipal corporation ("City"). <br />2. RECITALS. <br />2.1 Agency is proposing to undertake a pro- <br />gram under the California Community Redevelopment Law <br />(Health & Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.)"^ for the rede- <br />velopment, replanning and redesign of blighted areas within <br />City with stagnant, improperly utilized and unproductive <br />land known as Santa Ana River Redevelopment Project <br />("Project") and requiring redevelopment in the interest of <br />the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the <br />City of Colton. <br />2.2 The District is in receipt of Ordinance <br />No. 1632 adopted by the City Council of the City of Colton, <br />''All subsequent references, unless otherwise noted, are <br />to the California Health & Safety Code. <br />
