There will be no separate discussion <br />on these items prior to the time the City Council votes on the <br />motion to adopt, unless Members of the Council, Staff or the <br />public request specific items be discussed and/or removed from <br />the CONSENT CALENDAR for separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting held February <br />17, 1987, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Approval of Warrants - Nos. 57462 through 57739, and Nos. 129979 <br />through // inclusive, (February 26, 1987) as recommended by the <br />Assistant City Manager for Administrative Services. <br />(3) Bids - Award of Bid to Bayless Stationers, $18,396.16, and <br />Totalplan, Inc., $46,688.67, for furniture for Civic Center <br />Renovation. <br />(4) Budget - Consider RESOLUTION NO. R-15-87, establishing Budget <br />for Civic Center Rehabilitation. <br />(5) W.Q.C.P. - Authorization to send Request for Proposals for <br />Engineering Analysis and a Sewer Master Plan for the City of <br />Colton's Secondary Sewage Treatment Facility. <br />(6) Plunge - Approval of recommendation of Parks and Recreation <br />Commission for the repair of the City's Plunge, in the amount <br />of $4,995, RESOLUTION NO.
