There will be no separate discussion on these <br />items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt <br />unless Members of the Council, Staff, or the public request specific <br />items be discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for <br />separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting held August 4, <br />1987, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Approval of Warrants - Nos. 61549 through 61911, and Nos. <br />132958 through 133185, 133186 through 133345, (August 13, 1987) <br />inclusive, as recommended by the Asst. City Manager. <br />(3) Bids - Waiver of Bid Security requirement of the Municipal <br />Code when requesting quotations on Vehicles. <br />(4) Bids - Award of Bid, RTE Corporation, $9,511.38, various sized <br />Transformers, Electric Department. <br />(5) Legislation - Consider Resolution urging approval of Measure <br />"A", a Countywide Transportation Improvement Program, RESOLUTION <br />NO. R-107-87. <br />(6) Tax Rates - Consider Resolution authorizing 1987/88 Tax Rate <br />for 1965 Railway Underpass G. 0. Bonds, RESOLUTION NO. R-108-87. <br />(7) Personnel - Addition of Contract Employee to provide in-house <br />Plan Checking services. <br />1 <br />
