There will be no separate discussion <br />on these items prior to the time the City Council votes on the <br />motion to adopt, unless Members of the Council, Staff or the <br />public request specific items be discussed and/or removed from <br />the CONSENT CALENDAR for separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting held May 5, <br />1987, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Approval of Warrants - Nos. 59401 through 59467, and Nos. 131406 <br />through 131692 (May 14, 1987) inclusive, as recommended by the <br />Assistant City Manager for Administrative Services. <br />(3) Bids - Award of Bid, A. B. Chance Company, $8,137.62; Maydwell <br />& Hartzell, $8,776.80; McGraw -Edison Company, $2,562.02; RTE Corp- <br />oration, $21,630.36; various Transformers for the Electric Dept. <br />(4) Bids - Approval to Advertise for Open Bids for the City's Air <br />Conditioning Repair Contract, City Project No. PW87-7, two-year <br />contract. <br />(5) Personnel - Set for Public Hearing, Tuesday, June 2, 1987, <br />amendment to the Pay & Classification Plan to include City <br />Librarian. <br />(6) Water Division - Approval to annex the East Colton Heights <br />Mutual Water Company, Ltd., Inc., into the City of Colton <br />Water System. <br />(7) Water Division - Set Public Hearing, Tuesday, July 7, 1987, <br />to form Improvement District for the James Sullivan Mutual Water <br />Company, RESOLUTION NO.
