There will be no separate discussion on these <br />items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt <br />unless Members of the Council, Staff, or the public request specific <br />items be discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for <br />separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting held September <br />15, 1987, and Adjourned Meeting held September 28, 1987, as on <br />file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Approval of Warrants - Nos. 62982 through 62999, 63000 through <br />63314, and Nos. 134055 through 134241, 134242 through 134416, <br />134417 through 134571, 134572 through 134729 (October 15, 1987), <br />inclusive, as recommended by the Asst. City Manager. <br />(3) Agreements - License Agreement for power line crossing at <br />"B" Street. <br />(4) Budget - Adjust current C.D.B.G. Budget to provide $10,000. for <br />a Youth Development Program, RESOLUTION NO. R-122-87. <br />(5) Annexations - Consider RESOLUTION NO. R-123-87, authorizing ap- <br />plication for Annexation South 45 with the Local Agency Formation <br />Commission, and authorizing payment of $100. initiation fee to <br />LAFCO. <br />(6) Agreements - Authorization for Mayor to execute three-year Co- <br />operation Agreement for Community Development Block Grant funds <br />for Fiscal Years 1988-89, 1989-90, and 1990-91, with the San <br />Bernardino County Department of Economic and Community Develop- <br />ment, RESOLUTION NO.
