COUNCIL MEETING <br />MARCH 3, 1987 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Invocation was offered by Councilman Leroy Rehrer. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Rios, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor Gonzales. <br />Also present were City Manager Benest, City Attorney Edwards, and City <br />Clerk Ramos. Absent was Councilwoman Cisneros. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />Mayor Gonzales stated that Item No. 19 would be removed from the Con- <br />sent Calendar, and discussed as a separate item. <br />(1) Minutes <br />February 17, 1987 <br />(2) Warrants <br />57462 through 57739, 129979 through 130219, inclusive <br />(February 26, 1987), as recommended by the Assistant City <br />Manager for Administrative Services. <br />(3) Bids <br />Award of Bid, Bayless Stationers, $18,396.16, Totalplan, <br />Inc., $46,688.67, furniture for Civic Center Renovation. <br />(4) Budget <br />Consider RESOLUTION NO. R-15-87, establishing Budget for <br />Civic Center Rehabilitation. <br />(5) W.Q.C.P. <br />Authorization to send Request for Proposals for Engineering <br />Analysis and a Sewer Master Plan for the City of Colton's <br />Secondary Sewage Treatment Facility. <br />(6) Plunge <br />Approval of recommendation of Parks 6 Recreation Commission <br />for the repair of the City's Plunge, in the amount of $4,995. <br />RESOLUTION NO.
