Unanimous vote. <br />RECESS: <br />The City Council recessed at 8:04 p.m., to take up the business of the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and reconvened at 8:06 p.m <br />all Members present. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:10 p. m., to discuss <br />Meet and Confer Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, <br />and Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9, in the <br />matter of United States Bankruptcy Court, Bk. No. SB 84-02531 DN, In <br />Re: Matthew Kurilich, Jr., and reconvened at 8:48 p. m., all Members <br />present. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia and unani- <br />mously passed, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 8:50 p. m., to <br />meet for an Adjourned Meeting on Tuesday, March 31, 1987, at 6:30 p.m., <br />in the Council Chambers of City Hall. <br />HELEN A.
