Discussion followed among Council Members and Staff with regard to the <br />proposed study, the alternatives outlined, etc. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, approving <br />and authorizing Staff to solicit bids on a Sanitation Study.
