COUNCIL MEETING <br />JUNE 16, 1987 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Benest, City Attorney Edwards, <br />and City Clerk Ramos. <br />City Manager Benest announced that Brian Oulman, RDA Technician, will <br />be in the lobby of City Hall to discuss Item No. 19, the Joint Public <br />Hearing between the City Council and the Redevelopment Agency, with any- <br />one that might have questions on this matter. <br />Mr. Benest also announced that due to the renovation of City Hall, the <br />lobby restrooms were not in working order, however, there were restrooms <br />available at the end of the long hallway for public use. <br />Mr. Benest stated that item numbers 6 and 12 would be removed from the <br />Consent Calendar and discussed as separate items, Nos. 16A and 16B. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes <br />June 2, 1987 <br />(2) Warrants <br />59770 through 60051, 60052. through 60086, and 131933 through <br />132160 (June 11, 1987) inclusive <br />(3) Street Vacations <br />Intent to vacate the College Walkway between Bordwell and <br />Rialto Avenues, set for Public Hearing, July 21, 1987, <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-68-87. <br />(4) Street Vacations <br />Intent to vacate the alley way north of "C" Street and west <br />of Pennsylvania Avenue, set for Public Hearing, July 21, 1987, <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-69-87. <br />(5) Agreements <br />Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement providing for allocation <br />of costs of the proposed lawsuit regarding improper distri- <br />bution of Court Fines. <br />1 <br />
