6. Exceptions may be included in the above list of <br />priorities for naming parks in order to honor persons who have <br />served their community in an exceptional and distinguished manner <br />or to emphasize environmental features of the community with the <br />concurrence of the Recreation and Human Services Commission and the <br />City Council. <br />7. Only one park, park feature or community facility <br />shall be named for an individual. <br />
