RAMOS, CMC, being first duly sworn, deposes <br />and says: <br />That I am the duly chosen, qualified and acting City <br />Clerk, that the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Colton, set for June 8, 1994, was declared adjourned to the <br />time and place specified in the Notice of Adjournment which is <br />attached hereto. <br />That on August 17, 1994 at the hour of 8:00 A. M., I <br />posted a copy of Notice of Adjournment at a conspicuous place on <br />or near the door of the place at which said Regular Council <br />Meeting of August 16, 1994 was properly noticed and the Adjourned <br />Regular Meeting of August 18, 1994 was called. <br />HELEN A.
