ADJOURNED CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JUNE 21, 1994 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular <br />Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above <br />given date at 5:05 P. M., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor <br />Gonzales presiding. <br />ROLL CALL• <br />Councilmembers present were Bennett, Sandoval, Cisneros, Cook, Beltran <br />and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City Attorney Biggs, Interim City <br />Manager Winter, and City Clerk Ramos. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />Pending Litigation <br />City Attorney Biggs announced that the City Council for the City of <br />Colton will meet in Closed Session to confer with legal counsel pursuant <br />to Government Code Section 54956.9 to discuss the following pending <br />litigation matters: Stratton v. City of Colton (Workers Compensation <br />I0 <br />,1 Claim) and Herron v. City of Colton. <br />At 5:07 P. M. , Mayor Gonzales declared the City Council adjourned to <br />Closed Session as announced by the City Attorney. <br />At 6:02 P. M., City Council Meeting reconvened with all Members present <br />as heretofore. City Attorney Biggs reported that the City Council <br />discussed the following matters, pursuant to Government Code Section <br />54956.9: Stratton v. City of Colton (Workers Compensation Claim) and <br />Herron v. City of Colton. There was no reportable action. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT• <br />No response made to the call by Mayor Gonzales. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />At 6:04 P.
