ADJOURNED CITY COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 21, 1994 In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 5:05 P. M., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. ROLL CALL• Councilmembers present were Bennett, Sandoval, Cisneros, Cook, Beltran and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City Attorney Biggs, Interim City Manager Winter, and City Clerk Ramos. CLOSED SESSION: Pending Litigation City Attorney Biggs announced that the City Council for the City of Colton will meet in Closed Session to confer with legal counsel pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 to discuss the following pending litigation matters: Stratton v. City of Colton (Workers Compensation I0 ,1 Claim) and Herron v. City of Colton. At 5:07 P. M. , Mayor Gonzales declared the City Council adjourned to Closed Session as announced by the City Attorney. At 6:02 P. M., City Council Meeting reconvened with all Members present as heretofore. City Attorney Biggs reported that the City Council discussed the following matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9: Stratton v. City of Colton (Workers Compensation Claim) and Herron v. City of Colton. There was no reportable action. PUBLIC COMMENT• No response made to the call by Mayor Gonzales. ADJOURNMENT: At 6:04 P.
